Commitments
JBS has made several commitments to its shareholders, stakeholders and society in general as part of its focus on ethics, compliance and responsibility.
They include its commitments in the Business Integrity and Anticorruption Compact, which JBS signed on April 25, 2018, and the Letter of Commitment for the Business Integrity, Transparency and Anticorruption Initiative, which the Institute launched in August 2018. Providing an in-house Ethics Line.
Reporting the business group's shareholder
structure transparently.
Ensuring its accounting records are correct and transparent.
