I work at JBS Couros, having joined the company as a Production Assistant, and I had the opportunity to come to the head office in São Paulo. This has been my greatest challenge within JBS, where I’ve had a lot of opportunity to grow, not only professionally, but also as a person within the company.

JBS is like a second home to me. I’m passionate about working with people, I began at the age of 18 and I am convinced this is what I want to continue doing for the rest of my life.

My career at JBS began 3 years ago in the Compliance area, doing supplier reputation analysis, which gave me the opportunity to get to know more about the different areas comprising our Value Chain. After 2 years with the company, I accepted a new challenge in Compliance Training and Communication, which has increasingly added to my development, both professional and personal, because I began to get a better understanding of the JBS world and to develop my interpersonal relationships. I have the Company to thank for this.

Challenges! For me, this is the word that best defines what it means to work at JBS. It’s about delivering results under quite a dynamic routine and by actually adopting, on a daily basis, an Owner’s Attitude. I began my career at JBS as a Trainee, in 2016. The Program greatly accelerated by career. In a short space of time, I found myself dealing with challenges, new knowledge and opportunities, all this in a development-favorable environment. I spent five years at Swift, joining as a Trainee, then moving to Supply Chain Coordinator, and now I am an Exports Manager.

I am currently working as an Operations Coordinator where I am responsible for the entire super-frozen product team serving Brazil’s leading fast-food networks . I started working in 2003 at the Barretos Unit in São Paulo as plant assistant. I see that the company provides opportunities for growth at its units, that’s why I got to the position I hold today.
